2011 Tahoe LT Tranny fluid flush/change?

That article is for a 4-speed transmission. Some of the steps may not be accurate. I haven't reviewed it, sorry. No, that is the return line after the cooler. Hook up the hose with fitting to that port and feed the fluid to a bucket. It will help to have someone help you hold the hose...

2011 Tahoe LT Tranny fluid flush/change?

If you removed the quick disconnect at the radiator using a wrench instead of just pulling the clip to unhook the line, then that is where you went wrong. Put it back together like it was and get the proper fitting and hose as illustrated. Just have to follow the step by step directions in...

What to look for in a 2011 Tahoe LTZ

There is a large sticky thread with this info. http://www.tahoeyukonforum.com/threads/thinking-of-buying-a-07-14-nnbs-tahoe-suburban-look-here.61720/ EDIT: nm, that Nathan is faster than me.

2011 Tahoe LT Tranny fluid flush/change?

Here is the write-up I followed when I did it. Transmission: http://www.cadillacforums.com/forums/cadillac-escalade-ext-esv-forum-2007/251706-transmission-fluid-change.html#post2861455 For the power steering, I "flushed" via a series of dilutions. Used a fluid extractor to remove as much as...

Need Opinions on Coolant Hose Replace

I have not had this specific issue, but this seems like an adequate bush-fix. Just keep your eye on it and hopefully you will be fine. Those crimps going from rubber to metal hose are known to cause issues elsewhere (read: transmission cooler lines, etc.) Good luck.

    Good aftermarket speakers

I used the Kappa crossovers as they are already attached to the speakers. The exception is the 10.9 tweeters where the crossovers are not attached from the factory, but I did use them as well. This pic shows what that looks like. I used 3M double-sided foam tape to mount the crossovers...

It is my understanding that that is around what the Bose speakers are.

    Good aftermarket speakers

Not direct replacement. I used: 62.9 Kappas in the 4 doors - Required speaker adapters to mount and wire up a 42.9 Kappa for the center channel - I had to enlarge the hole slightly. 32.9 Kappas in the D-Pillars - These required a fair amount of surgery to mount. Seeing as how I hardly use...

    Good aftermarket speakers

I'm running co-axial Kappas in my Esky. They are high sensitivity and low impedance, so I hooked them up to the Bose amp and they are a big improvement over the stock units. They are quite bright with all of the tweeters, but that was corrected with tone controls, etc... Good luck with your...

    2007 Yukon Navigation Disc

Waze for the win. The crowd-sourced traffic and smokey reports are very helpful and as Danny3737 said, it has saved me from many tickets and sitting in gridlock over the years as well as it will auto re-route around any problems. That said, you will need a nav disc to enable any voice command...

2011 Yukon Denali- Air Ride Compressor constantly coming on/off

Chris, I recommend finding the leak first. If it is in the shock (likely), then you will need to replace them. I used Arnott and they have been great. Others have had issues. They are rebuilt/reconditioned with new air bladders and whatever. Until you trace the leak and fix, I recommend...

    Tpms

I agree with swathy, ebay seems to be the best deal. Here is what I got back in 2015. http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-GENUINE-GM-4-TIRE-PRESSURE-MONITOR-SENSORS-25920615-TPMS-/172453401993?hash=item2827061589 Still working without issue. Good luck.

    Adding bluetooth 2010 PPV

My dad uses one of these and really likes it. https://www.motorolastore.com/accessories/car-speakers/roadster-pro.html He can talk on the phone and dictate text messages. He has an Android phone. I don't know if that enables or hinders features, but it may be an option for you.

    Rear HVAC not blowing

Do you have access to a Tech 2? If so, you can use it to command the hvac to do whatever you want. That would help in narrowing it down. If not, post your general location and someone close to you may be able to help. If none of that works, it may be worth the diagnostic fee to take it to...

Upgrade basic 2013 radio to nav/DVD unit?

If you can post your general location, someone near you with a Tech 2 may be able to help. Your 2013 may require an MDI, though. I found these instructions online: http://blog.uobdii.com/how-to-unlock-radio-code-and-use-vin-relearn-by-gm-tech-2/ Good luck.

Cross Rail Position for Best Economy/Performance

OK. If placement doesn't work to affect mileage, what about placing them to cut down on road spray on the rear window? Possible? Sorry for the potential hijack, but I thought this would fall into the "performance" side of your question. I have not looked at that, but would be definitely...

    Rear HVAC not blowing

Are you pressing the AUX button on the HVAC panel? Once you do that, the rear controls should work. The whole system is not very intuitive IMO. I found this on another site: Steps that work: Turn off AUX. No light on. Set temp on driver side that you would like the rear to be. Press AUX...

most likely cause of front driver side squeak....

I completely agree. The geometry didn't change. I didn't get an alignment after I did mine. Tire wear is as expected. Steering still feels the same. Just drive it.

most likely cause of front driver side squeak....

Go here for reference: https://www.gmpartsgiant.com/parts-list/2007-chevrolet-tahoe-4wd/absorber-front-shock-spring.html To find what you need, reference the codes on the sticker in the glovebox. If I had to guess, a squeak could be caused by: The absorber itself the bumper that is on the...
