    I'm squeezed for time but I'm going to try to do a section of the frame every night. I can't wait to get it painted though. It will be much cleaner. Would you raise the step bars? I kinda like how they are separated from the body but I'm not sure

    07burb is correct. Prep is the hard part of painting anything. But no you cannot have it powdercoated to my knowledge because it will melt the grille. But you can (and i am) buy a grille assembly that comes ready to be painted

    Yea I liked the push bar also but it mounts to the frame so there isn't clearance with the bumper raised. Bowtiefreak- I have Por15 sitting in the kitchen. waiting for some time to paint it :)

    Im a little late but sweet hoe man :) TYC is the way to go. Everbody on here swears by them and Im getting ready to order up my own with a set of HIDs. All I would do upfront is get the grille inserts and the new headlights. Color matching is always sweet though and my new grille and inserts...

    There are only so many things that it can be. Obviously the first thing to do it so make sure that all of your connections are clean. Use electrical contact cleaner and make sure that all of your light bulb sockets are clear.

    Im not trying to thread jack but how do you remove the glove box? My left hinge broke but it looks repairable. Does it come off easily or it is a pain?
