    We know an LED draws less so you could add resisters to increase the load, but that does not explain why it is only on one side. It will be interesting to hear the results when the lights are swapped.

    I installed an Android head unit after reading review about them here. https://www.eonon.com/ You can find them on Amazon or eBay too, and other brands make them. The USB port in the console should not be too hard to do. As for maps, you can add a card, or use your phone for WIFI to the unit...

    At what point is there a concern with too cool, and what are the issues? Just towed 5 hours at -8 degrees. Water temp was fine, wouldn't want to block the radiator, but the trans never went over 130.

    A Google of 2015 Tahoe/yukon/escalade problems is rather scary. Although I know when you research anything you come up with the issues, not the good parts. I wanted a 2015 for the new motor, and although my 2014 is the end of the line, at least it was out a while and there are not any surprises.

    Rivnut, I was close... :-) Basically an all metal version of the well nut. I was thinking rubber instead of metal for a better chance of sealing against water. It would be nice to have the holes marked up there like others reported, I would have to start from scratch on mine.
