    Yup, I am a dealer for these so I will buy at cost. I actually ordered this, the pigtail is not correct. The truck pigtail is different. I called Casper just now and they custom made me one for $10 cheaper than this even after shipping.

    So either my Mishimoto is cracked already or this residual coolant hanging around from doing my engine swap is taking days to burn off.... Getting a consistent coolant smell and the hoses are dry. I see orange stains on the radiator, but I did do an engine swap and coolant did spill all over it.

    Plus when you perform a few repairs, you end up knowing the vehicle inside and out. Easy to maintain at that point. I already did my engine swap, no repair scares me on this vehicle. Frees up a lot of money for side projects or even like a z06 or zl1 or something more radical.

    Yeah DOD = AFM. VVT != DOD, which is a routine mistake I see on various forums. VVT = variable valve timing. DOD = displacement on demand. VVT = good DOD = good for mpg, but lifters are more prone to failure than regular lifters.

    Ive done both the 5.3 and the 6.2 in my yukon xl. Just do the 6.2. The cammed 5.3 with headers and nice ported PRC heads went 7.2 0-60. I did the 6.2 with a vvt cam and stock, milled l94 heads and it went 5.5 0-60. Same exhaust as 5.3. The 5.3 ran great above 4k rpms, comparable to the...
