Flex fuel sensor ordered and OTW.

Likely last two mods I do to this thing. After this, it's just fixing the paint, taking care of the rust as best I can and whatever else comes up.

I had plans to possibly do a blower, but its fast enough for me N/A considering the size of the vehicle. I'll save that money for a 2nd, fun car.

I use it to fix the lean hot restart issue with cammed vehicles.

When your truck is fully up to temp, and you park it for 10 minutes, when you go to start it the IAT is cooked and reading way higher than the real air going in. The ECU then compensates, thinking the air is not as dense, and pulls fueling making you go way lean. On a stock cam, no big deal really. On a cammed car, it leads to a shit idle for a few minutes until air starts moving over the IAT and gets the fueling back in line.

So I relocate mine to somewhere in the airbox.

Just read the whole thread, and all I can say is Wow! Very nice job on the build! I'll be following this for when I get ready to do engine work on my L92.

Cold start "clack" only had about 2 clacks before it quieted right down. I am gonna give it another tank of gas. If still doing it, I'll contact Johnson.

Drove a good 100 miles today. The 6.2 is amazing...
