    Nice write up! 18.2 average is great at those speeds. Did you post previously about your LED upgrade? I've been procrastinating on that front but need to do something. Drove my wife's Buick envision (with articulating hids) and could not believe how much more clearly you can see at night.

    You mean 4wd auto? That's different from the AWD models. I though AWD wasn't selectable, but could be wrong. But yeah these trucks pretty much do use a 4wd system that's been around for 30 years. Mine doesn't make much noise though. Some occasional whine.

    I thought unlocked referred to being able to access certain features blocked by the factory default programming - like seeing rear camera while in motion or DVD video on the front screen etc.

    Could be lol. I have almost 15k miles on the '16 already so not sure there's a seat configuration yet to try. To me it seems like poor seat cushioning. It may have to do with the mechanism to vibrate the seat.

    Am I the only one that doesn't find the suburban buckets comfortable? I often take our gmt900 Silverado on short trips just for that reason. And we bought our suburban for long trips! I know it's subjective ...im 6'3 and 240 but my wife is half my size and agrees.

    I've read that from '15 to '16 they changed either the adhesive or the way the adhesive is applied to the roof bows, and also something with the rear hatch seal (think this issue was blamed on a supplier). Both of these may contribute to the buffeting. My early build '16 is approaching 15k...

    Id be very annoyed if I were you but you've posted this warning in multiple threads now. GM sells around 20,000 of these SUVS per month and yours is the only one Ive heard of online with this issue. Dont you think it is more likely an issue particular to your vehicle ? What makes you think...

    iphone? Supposedly it was a problem on the apple side that was fixed with the recent ios update 9.3. Im not having problems since the update, so try updating your phone if you havent.

    Same here. We have two other GM vehicles that work the same way as well. Did you try restoring factory default settings? At least that would rule out a setting change.

    Does this update change anything else other than adding android auto? Got the email from GM yesterday and coincidentally have service appointment next Tuesday, so figured I'd have them do it. Will apple CarPlay and android auto both be available after the update ?
