This explains alot :)
I have a 51 Chevy PU with a 2008 5.3 LY5 in it, and once every year or two the throttle pedal becomes non-reponsive (it idles only).
I'll put the new AC Delco # 19259452 cover on the TB per GM TSB# 11-06-04-007C:

Should be easier with the manifolds out of the way.

and 3 of the 4 corners of my engine needed exhaust manifold bridge clamps...
They are a PITA :(
almost 5 yrs ago I replaced my plastic Ts with billet aluminum Ts:

They might have the same result when it comes to emissions ?????
But egr system takes some of the exhaust gases and routes them back into the induction system, IMO nothing good comes of that.
VVT makes for a more efficient/powerful engine.
I've never seen that message.
I've had the awd tranfer case out of our 07 Yukon Denali before (2018).
There aren't any wire(s)/sensor(s) going to the awd transfer case, or frt or rear differentials, so I don't see how that is possible? UNLESS its a mileage thing and every 100k miles or so it...
If I had to pick one it would be:

I have 2 different varieties of their passenger car oils that I'll use someday in my daily driver(s).

The reason the Pontiac had such large clearance was because of the "large" width and diameter dimension of its bearings and thus journals. Poor design, and Pontiac wasn't the only one. All machinists know this. Built my first Pontiac 400 Ram Air III out of my 69 GTO in 1976. The LS engine has...
Intake mainifold bolts: first pass=44 in lbs, second pass=89 in lbs.
My valley cover bolts=18 ft lbs; mine were still tight when I pulled off my intake.
This new product has been discussed the most on BITOGforum in 2024. Lake Speed Jr has done a video on it too: https://www.enginebuildermag.com/2024/06/dealing-with-deposits-to-boost-engine-life/
