In 2004 or 2005 GM went from return to return-less system. It depends on the production year of your rig. With the reurnless system they also eliminated a fuel filter under the belly of the truck, and change fuel injector flow map. In return system, the flow numbers are constant regardless the...

The Whipple alone by itself makes it sick!!!! I'm still trying to convince my spouse that it's absolutely necessary to spend $8K on a car that's worth $10K to install a SC. But i will do it eventually, I promise!

Service Stability after replacing intermediate steering shaft

Correct. Make sure you are following the correct install procedure, ie, Steering wheel in center position, then remove the pin, otherwise you'd ruin the new sensor as well. And it's not cheap. At all! Cheers

Service Stability after replacing intermediate steering shaft

I almost certain that you have destroyed your Steering wheel sensor. The steering wheel has to be locked in straight position and then sensor can be removed safely. Otherwise it looses center position and the only solution is to replace it FOLLOWING THE CORRECT GM PROCEDURE. Ask me how I know :)...

Bingo! Mine is making strange noises, and the last 2 times I changed the fluid in it there were a lot of metal pieces stuck to the magnet. I will install the one from the junk yard, and rebiuld and regear my current to 3.42, so when I finally install my Whipple SC, I will have a gear set up that...

The old seats are perfect, but, unfortunately, they are incompatible. Heated & cooled seats have perforated inserts for the entire lenght of the of cover, cuz they blow hot or cold air depending for heating or cooling. Just heated seats have a heating element inside, so theoretically, they...

Trophies of the day: Heated & cooled seats and a heated & cooled cup holder. $500 for everything. Had to drive about 100 miles one way to pick them up. What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

When I had that problem, I bit the bullet, went to my buddy's shop, we removed the exhaust manifold, welded a nut to the piece of a bolt stuck in the heads with a MIG welder and removed it. Then I installed ARP studs and hope I won't have to do this gymnastics ever again on this truck.
