What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

I tried moving blanket, but it lasts for 1 hour on long trips. Once he starts moving back & forth, it comes off. I was thinking to attach it permanently, but it gets so nasty, dirty and stinky eventually and has to come off for cleaning. I might look in to these Carhartt covers. For now, the...

What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

I've got EXT, it's a pick up basically, so there's really no room to roam. I tried to fold them, but he likes to stick out his head and watch surrounding while we driving. Having said that, he destroyed the seats with his nails. I would have to work something out when I decide to refresh...

What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

It's winter now, so there's a lot of natural moisture condensation. I wouldn't worry too much, as long as ur coolant level stays the same and thee's no milkshake inside the crankcase

New head unit that works with steering wheel buttons.

BCM is located under ur steering column. To get access to it, remove dash bezel, then remove knee bolster, by removing two screws (7mm head) and pulling the knee bolster out. C1-C6 are the connectors on the BCM, I marked them on the picture below. A2 or A7 is the number of pin in the respective...

New head unit that works with steering wheel buttons.

Here is your wiring diagram and pin locations. The wires you're after are: C3-A7 (BROWN connector/LIGHT-GREEN wire) and C2-A2 (GRAY connector/DARK-BLUE wire). After disconnecting those wires from the BCM, ground one of them, and connecth the other to KEY1 or KEY2 of your Android head unit...

That's actually a good idea. I was thinking about maybe one time some day in the future to buy a non drivable car for pennies and was thinking about getting it home. This might be an answer.

Mine displays it reagrdless of the gear in the transfer case. Traction disabled in Low gear is by design. It has to be a firmware in EBCM (Electronic Brake Control Module, responsible for ABS and Stabilitrack), cuz escalade has a button "Disable stability" hardwired to EBCM, but in NR4...

Those are actually older pix, now the bench has an ECM, BCM, TCCM and cluster. I've done milage reprogram several times just by soldering off the flash memory chip and changing the values right there. U don't need all this set up for milage reprogramming. AC pulley bearing: 6001-2RS Idler pulley bearing: 6203-2RS If you are absolutely crazy (like I am), you can also replace a plastic tensioner pulley with this one: DAYCO 89051 It's from some Ford, but made of steel with a replaceable bearing. Fits perfectly on our LS tensioner.

Replaced bearing in idler and AC pulley. Why bother, one might say? Just buy new pulleys! The problem is that nowdays ALL new pulleys, including GM Genuie OEM, have Chineese bearings. I am not particular against Chineese sfuff, as long as the quallity is high and consistent. The problem with...
