Have I been calling it the wrong thing my entire life? Probably lol. I always called it drive belt and accessories belt(for the non essential stuff) I realize now that that's incorrect haha. Thank you for the clarification and all the links. You guys are awesome!- BrokenGraves

Thank you for the link! I will confirm where the resistor came from when I'm off Wednesday before I purchase a new Controller. Thank you for the suggestion! I see the resistor in this tahoe is new as it is definitely aftermarket. Must've been previous owners first thought as well. My voltmeter found that the ground for the resistor itself is receiving about a volt. From what I read somewhere on this forum it points back...- BrokenGraves
