Think my HMI is bad
This describes my issue 100%. 4 months running with an WAMS programmed pair of radio (from 2016 Sierra) and HMI (2017 Cadillac) in my 2015 Yukon XL. One day just as you describe. You have to upgrade the radio as well. WAMS can provide them or you can get them on eBay. I did this with my 2015 Yukon XL in January. Just the other day my center console went blank...dash control of radio only. I am working on figuring out what failed, but it could be the salvage HMI I bought...- kk1lron
