Have developed a rough idle. Cause/Fix?

PhillyDog - we are working on that right now. Pretty sure we are leaning toward having the dealership take it back. I estimate that in the 10 months since buying the vehicle, it has been at the dealership for almost 2 months of that time. That is so crazy!- fellowgearhead

So after 4 weeks (yes weeks) I finally got my truck back today. I will post the details later, but the final tally is: 1. New Pistons, rings and gaskets in the Engine 2.
