    Yes the factory XM will not work with aftermarket head unit. Per your initial post, you will have to get aftermarket XM.

    I had a lockpick and it worked excellant. The poor man's method is to find the posts on the web on how to put in a switch to cut off the vehicle speed sensor (VSS) signal to the deck. Essentially you have to trick the system to think you are not moving.

    Here's 2" spacers in front and 1" spacers in the rear. I have the LTZ with Autoride and autolevel and I thought the back was mandatory. Also running 285/55/20 BFGs on stock rims. I thought that after the kit, there was too much sway so I added Hotchkis sway bars and it really helped...
