EDIT - TURNS OUT I DO NOT HAVE BOSE BUT DO HAVE FACTORY SUB/AMP

So I want to do a double din install on my 01 Tahoe.

I am gonna install 4 new speakers (Are all 4 speakers 6.5's?) and a double din head unit.

I would really like to AVOID running all new speaker wires and just use the factory ones that are already run.

Subwoofer is missing I don't really care to use it or replace it.

What parts do I need to buy? I don't really want to retain the OnStar, I could care less about that and the factory door chime and don't care about the factory amp.

I'm in the same boat as you. Except I installed a single son radio in my truck. I matched all the wires up and still no sounds turns out you need to splice in the amp wire to one of the other wires. I will try to take a picture but I found the help on YouTube. The speakers you should be able to use stock wiring as long as you're not adding another amp.

My factory sub is also missing and I'm looking for either a replacment or upgrade for it

And I believe all 4 door speakers are 6.5 not sure about the smaller speakers above the front 6.5 or the 2 all the way in the back

If you don't have bose or the factory amp, all you need is the $5-$10 basic wiring adapter. Just connect all the color coded wires together and bam. You have a new radio.

I don't have BOSE but I do have the factory amp/sub, so the PAC Adapter was required. EZPZ.
