03 Tahoe will not start

My 03 Tahoe will not start. It has been sitting for 1 1/2 months to save on gas but I have been starting it and moving it everyday. Then last week it would not start. The lights, radio, and meters work. So I tried charging the battery that didn't work. And there is gas in it. What can I do?

Is it cranking or turning over?

same issue years back. unfortunately it was my fuel pump. Although it might be the starter.
