05 Tahoe no spark/OBD after replacing Fuel Pump

2005 Tahoe Z71 Non Flex Fuel.
New Fuel Pump and Fuel Lines, fuel pressure ok but no spark.
Tested for +12v at coils ok, all grounds look ok.
OBD port will not link with scanner.

Any info/help would be greatly appreciated !

First thought for me is fuses?
