I believe that is the vent tube from the transmission.

Ok kool thanks ,right now I'm probably gonna replace vent solenoid on motor 1st then if I still get bad mialiage the one under truck and mass air flow

Not sure but the sensor on top of throttle body and the one by fuel tank

Yes, that tube is the transmission vent tube. It will spit out excess if the trans is overfilled.
