It's not dynamat, it's frost king air duct insulation lol. Did all 4 doors with just 2 rolls at $20 a roll
Maybe next roof and hatch....:hmm:
Finally, somebody that did the same thing as me lol. I was getting roasted for that on another forum. I don’t wanna pay for dynamat and stumbled on this idea on a forum ages ago.

Did the entire floor, back wall and doors in my crewcab when I did my system install and it made a noticeable difference. Maybe not the same as a name brand but for ~$60 and covering everything but the roof, I’m ok with it! Lol. I plan on the same in the Yukon

*She* was checking out the hoe with heated leather seats

So I played around with the stock parking light housings.
Fyi I tried using some butyl that I got from home depot. Comes in a roll for $6. Didnt think about how visible it would be against the black housing lol. All good as I planned to paint the border anyway.

Border just duplicolor gloss black. Then tinted the amber reflector with VHT niteshades. Then followed with a gloss on top of everything.

Scored another HD grille. Worse shape than the one I had before as in wear and tear and peeling of the chrome. But I can still work with it since I'm painting it anyway. Still upset about destroying the last one :banghead:
Test fitted the grille, noticed I really need to adjust the passenger side of the bumper up to match the drivers side. Come paint time I'll mess with that.image.jpegimage.jpeg

Hate, hate, haaaated the stock fog lights. So i had an idea, always trying to be different on a popular truck style that's had everything done to it.
Shaved the fog light opening in the valance to open it up a little for a bigger fog light from a 03-06 Silverado fogs or 07 tahoe. Modify the stock Tahoe brackets for mounting, easy with a little measuring and engineering. No big deal if I hack up this valance, I have another for final hacking lol
Not cut vs cut (rough)
