I forgot I made this thread so let me update it really quick. Lowered it this passed weekend at a buddy's house utilizing his shop and tractor. After going through this I'm already making plans to go one step further with a 4 link set up in the rear. I'm researching that now to determine what the best kit would be and still retain the trucks ability to work.

This kit is a 3/4 drop from Western Chassis. Springs up front and shackle and hangers out back.

Getting ready to start

Front was easy. We were done within a couple of hours and that was taking our time, crushing some shins and adjusting the spring to make sure all was good

The rear was next and it was the bear of the project. We put in a solid 12 hour day with only a break for one gourmet Sonic lunch and a couple runs to town for hardware. We made the right decision to take the bed off. Luckily Ryan has some equipment so we chose to use the tractor. That went pretty flawless

This is the condition before we started installing. I ended up putting a coat of black over the frame. I didn’t really take any “in progress” pics cuz we were busy and eventually just flat out got tired! The front hangers were a pain but luckily Ryan has a plasma cutter.

And here’s the “done” pic. I’ll get better pics once I clean her up this week. I’m thinking this is probably phase 1 and I’ll probably want to go lower with a spindle up front and a flip kit in back. At the end we discovered that I have a broken spring in my passenger side leaf pack so that needs addressed so I’ll probably do that at the same time.
