I still remember how they smell. There isn’t anything like it.My grandpa has them in his 79 back in the day which is where my enjoyment of them comes from

Do they still make replacements for the originals? They're actually pretty nice.Threw in some period correct seat covers this weekend. Next weekend I'm planning on throwing in my Black Widow mufflers.

I think they may sell repops. That's another reason I wanted a seat cover, though, so that I could preserve the originals while they are still in a good shape.Do they still make replacements for the originals? They're actually pretty nice.
Got some small bits delivered yesterday. ALMOST got everything I need for the front end swap original goal was to paint it this summer but with everything going on that’s not going to happen. Just not enough time in the schedule so I’ll aim for next summer.

you got me too busy watching you pulling engines and bending brake linesYou've already done way more than any of expected...don't rush it
between work having me work tons of hours, 4 kids, and numerous projects (big and small) coming out my ears it’s definitely a juggling act basically only have time to collect parts and pick away at the smaller projects right now. Next Spring/Summer should be less hectic and have more time for larger projects like painting a dually
It’s a sloooow process especially when you have so many other projects on your plate.
Can’t wait to see that paint job and other little side projects you have on the list. Keep piling up that hardware.
Just like all my builds, they SLOW but hopefully worth it by the “end”
This is all I ever have to say about this truck...jelly jelly
