Looks like you found your truck in the middle of nowhere just like that and now it's time to fix it up...

Most of the work I’ve put into it isn’t stuff you’d see from one exterior pic but if you compare that pic to the first pics of this thread there’s a pretty big difference already. Not bad for one guy in his garage in his spare time which I don’t have much of lol

Got a order from @RockAuto yesterday consisting of OEM AC Delco upper and lowe ball joints, inner and outer tie rods, front and rear shocks, sway bar bushings and other things. Decided this truck needed a full refresh on suspension and steering before going any further. After all this is installed and I get her aligned I’m returning to bodywork on her.

Yesterday I put her to work. Then I finished up the project to ditch the hub caps and refresh the white paint on the steel wheels. I then replaced the rear shocks. Over this week I’ll get started on the front end parts and get an appt for alignment as soon as it’s all done

That’s one of the things I love most about it. I like it how it is too but plenty of things to tinker on. If I wasn’t able to ever paint it I’d be fine lol

Was there the big tow mirrors on there at one time? She does look good as is.

I love that interior. Sorta reminds me of my 93 2500. Those bench seats were great on long road trips. Pull over, crack the window, great napping.

Yeah man! And super clean for a 28 year old truck. She’ll get new carpet at some point but doesn’t get much cleaner than this one :)
