Can't see the amp steps.

Well they are bit down the list still so hold your horses Mr Antsy Pants :slap: ahead of amps (in no particular order) are 22's for the burb, tint and remote start for the '98 and getting into a new house. THEN you can start looking for amp steps to be arriving :waytogo: only so much a single income can do at a time with soon to be 6 mouths to feed

 at this point I'm pretty sure just thinking about having sex gets her pregnant

We spoke to our agent a couple weeks back and he suggested waiting until after the first of the year to list it mostly because of having the kid so that we don't have the stress of new baby and moving all at one time.

So that's what we are aiming for is listing in February or around there

Don't most folks want to move over summer while school is out over there? I would think listing it in the winter would hurt more than help. Hope you guys can find a nice 12 bedroom home for you and the kids. [emoji106]

Yes that's usually the optimal time. The thought is list in February or March. Have it under contract within 4 to 6 weeks and close 4 to 6 weeks after that and then it's summer. Would like to pile up more cash in the meantime so that's slowing mods down considerably as well. We will be looking at getting at least 4 bedrooms (two kids will still have to share a room) with 3 car garage and a shop (or at least room to build a shop). We shall see how it all works out, though.

Here are some crappy pics after the handle install this morning. I think they turned out really nice! Next up will be spray in bed liner and then some polished NNBS Yukon 20s
