08 tahoe parking lamps

08 tahoe ltz parking lamps dont work, got power to switch and coming out but doesnt reach tail lights havent checked front harness but they dont turn on either. Followed the wire from switch to door pillar and cant see where it goes from there. Any suggestions anything helps please.

Fuses check out ok?
Parking light relay?

Fuses check out ok?
Parking light relay?

No power to fuses, fuses not blown, parking relay has power to pins 86 and 87
