Yes. They are attached via clips and screws. Come right out. Would look pretty slick powdercoated to match. Hmm.

90% of flat tires are a nail or screw or some other kind of puncture. A couple cans of flat fix or even a plug kit and some air and it will get you home or where you can fix it.
Ok, nevermind, the flat fix would mess up your TPMS.
