Just a quick update...they've had the truck since Thursday and it will be there till at least Monday, no word on what they've done.

Another quick update...at days end today I'm told they have done everything that tech support has advised them to do with no success. They are now awaiting GM engineering to get involved and advise on next steps.

Regardless of the issues you're having, it sounds like a pretty damn good dealer keeping you in the loop the way they are and providing the loaner. What dealer is it?

Guys, aside from not having my truck I couldn't ask for a better dealer. I've been dealing with the sales manager John at Koons Chevrolet in Tysons Corner VA. He's been terrific at keeping me in the loop, I just hope they can sort out what the issue is. And giving me a LTZ Tahoe to drive as a loaner is more than I could have expected, really pleased with that.

I spoke with John again today, this guy is solid. Regardless of what happens I will buy from there again. Still no fix to my truck but the customer service has been outstanding.
