I'll wait til someone else chimes in. In my vid, which is my 05 Express work van with the 4.8. My oil pressure slowly went to 0, so I had the oil pump changed to a Melling HV oil pump. At 1st it didn't help, but over a course of 2-3 weeks it quieted down, and pressure is now around 60 psi warm, so I guess mine was because of the oil pump. Yours still has oil pressure tho. What is the pressure when it's running?

It's just a couple of gauge notches under 40 at idle. Gauge goes between 40 and 60 when I rev it up
