BAD NEWS!
So, I changed the starter out with no problems, put everything back together, go to start it, and fires right up! Good right!? Well immediately the engine had a knock sound that just wouldn't let up or stop! Check engine light was flashing, plugged scanner in and code P0300 for random misfire. This engine was completely effing fine before all of this b.s. happened! I have no idea wtf happened! Or what to do nowI'm beyond overwhelmed and pissed off to say the least!

Look at the dip stick for oil? Does it sound like this?

It's full. Even have decent oil pressure. About 40 at idle, and goes almost to 3/4 upon revving. In which case it chatters to hell. I had literally none of this before this problem. like I said before this, it cranked once, and then absolutely nothing. changed the starter out, it fires right up, and now this...

Can you post a video of it running with the noise?
that's good news in a way, you can start it now 
, check your spark plug wires over on the starter side and see if maybe you knocked one loose by chance, just check them all for that matter, maybe when you were trying to get it to start you could have pulled one loose?

I thought about that too, and I checked those already, after I started it and shut it off after hearing that horrible chatter knock sound
