My 2002 Tahoe has a major electric problems. Once the car starts I have to remove the starter relay from the fuse box or else the starter stays stuck on and grinds the flywheel. Also the car blows fuses. This all started one day driving home and the truck shut off and wouldn't start again. I assumed it was the fuel pump. (213k) So I take it to a friend with a shop he replaces fuel pump and starter now these problems develop. Any ideas? Thanks

Sounds like the starter switch assembly. Something is shorted inside causing it to stay in the start position.
