Do you have a part number for the Delphi pump you bought at AutoZone?
I just posted my issue (this forum) with the 04 Yukon 6.0 stall. It worked fine (or so it seemed) until no start at the hamburger place. When towed home it started in the garage. pressure looks good. I had DTC codes over the last 5 days P0171/0174.
