I'm not sure. Hopefully someone else will chime in. I replaced mine with an aftermarket like a lot of others on here. Sounds way better than the stock unit did. Wish I could help more.So I checked youtube and found that if I push power,the #5 and the search up > at same time the unit will power up and play for awhile. The reason I say that is that should rule out anythnig amp or fuse wise correct?

Thanks againOne thing you might try is to pull the negative battery cable for 10 minutes then before reconnecting it touch it to the positive terminal to remove any residual power. Then connect it up, start the engine and don't touch anything for 5-10 minutes. This is a reset procedure for most of the vehicle electronics. Not sure if it resets the factory radio or not but it's worth a try. Sometimes when replacing a battery in these trucks it causes trouble. I know my HVAC system got messed up in mine and that procedure fixed it.
