This is totally not okay, oil pressure was a little low this morning until it got warm, probably down to 15psi but no clatter or ticking. This is with 5w30 and 1qt of Lucas oil Stabil, makes me kinda want to do an OP or O ring if I'm gonna have the motor apart for a week.
33 outside, 68 inside here!

The heater was actually set to 65 but this is right next to a window on a stone windowsill so it gets a little colder. This is only the second time I've had the heater on.
33 outside, 68 inside here!
33 down there!? I thought all these cammed V8s were melting the glaciers or something.

I'm sure you've probably been asked before, but is it a "car" 5-speed, or is it "truck" 5-speed with granny-low first?

Every bit a truck trans, it's a GM NV4500 typically found behind Big blocks and diesels. The first gear is 5.61-1 which helps crutch the 3.42 axle gears with 33" tires but is still really really low.
