yea ive tried adding to the torque loss tables n crap, more and less, the gen4 crap has like a fade in/out of the torque ive tried moving those all over and it just gets worse.
i havent tried to completely remove it all which i guess i probably should to just see if its not needed

y issue is things don't seem to be consistent at all. One drive it will return to idle flawlessly with the AC off but be weird with the AC on. The next drive will act weird either way and go back to stalling when returning to idle coming to a stop. Its like it has a different tune in it completely but both scenarios will be on the exact same tune.

At least WOT tuning is easier I've got the VE table within 1% nearly everywhere above 3k. The cruise/idle cells are all over the place still, one drive it will be 12% lean in a big chunk of cells, the next will show 12% rich in the same cells. Makes no damn sense!

Ain't worth a loín, huh?

It's such bull loín!

Maybe you should become a moderator and stop all our foolishness

Is is temperature related by chance? Cool in the morning, ******. Warm at lunch, fine. Super hot in the evening, it changes again?

I'm 99% sure its not temp related because sometimes its bad in the morning and good at lunch and other times its reversed. The truck also heats up to 176ect pretty fast and never really leaves +-5* from that. IAT might be another story but looking at the log driving home last night IAT went from 73*-77* which is basically nothing. That CAI be doing its job tho.

Something I find very odd about my VE table is this massive jump between 1,200 and 1,600. Looking at my last log its showing the cells in 1,600 are actually 6% lean and the cells in 1,200 are about dead on and below 1,200 is actually rich by 9%ish. It just doesn't seem right to me having such massive jumps so drastic and I feel like it would cause issues.

Do you have another map sensor you could swap in and see if it changes?

No I don't, but I don't think it would really make a change anyway because if the AFR is reading 14.7 while the map is calling for that amount then its working correctly. Let me compare my 408 denali buddies VE table in that area, it has an even crazier cam and heads.

Although the 408 table could use some smoothing is a few random cells, its makes more sense in my head where fuel is increased as airmass and RPM pick up not randomly at 1,600 and then again at the top end. I think I'll try dropping those cells down a bunch and seeing how it acts.

I'm just throwing shit out there. I've overlooked something super simple in the past and it didn't hit me until someone mentioned it.

I appreciate it because idk wtf to do and at least your suggestions stimulate my thought and make me respond in a halfarsed intelligent way.
I can't even moderate my own life. Besides, I'm too laid back and often participate in the foolishness.
