I hate to be a wet blanket, but tinting the windshield and front windows is illegal in most states. Yes, the police do it, but who's going to write them a ticket? I peeled the tint off my '98 P71 as it was difficult to see out at night.
You are right about the windshield tint being illegal here, some states allow you to tint it with a vision wavier I had the windshield tinted on my Escalade for a few years before I got rid of it and never had an issue with it, the front side windows can be tinted here but you can’t go darker then 35% and then you gotta go through DMV and have them test it and put a sticker on each window, these are around 20% I want to say when I got the car everything was tinted minus the windshield I’ve always gone darker then legal on all my past cars/trucks and have had zero issues here’s hoping that continues, and the reason I waited over a year to tint the windshield was because the headlights on the Vic absolutely sucked the previous owner put some aftermarket ones on and you couldn’t adjust them for shit and the headlight pattern sucked so went with some OEM Ford headlights and properly adjusted it’s not bad at all I’m going to do a proper HID retrofit down the road so they are even better at night if I couldn’t see good at night I never would have done the windshield there’s cars I see daily with 5% on the windshields how they see at night is beyond me

Since I was just talking about headlights I’m going to have Panther Lights build me a set of HID retrofitted headlights I might do orange halos around the lights that’s an option too.

So back when I was going through the wiring for the center console I found this weird connector it ended up being a Streamlight rechargeable flashlight plug. I found these two holes that were drilled into the side of the console on the passenger side and they were for the Streamlight charger/holder so figured out the correct model and found a mint used one on EBay, I am planing on installing it tomorrow just need to pickup hardware to fasten it.
