Installed the Siren speaker and bracket this weekend they are both Whelen products, it mounts by removing the hood latch and using those two bolts but there’s some optional mounting holes up top so I drilled two holes and attached it with two bolts up there so it’s nice and secure. I also sent off the two Whelen modules for that 3rd brake light out to be changed to amber so I can hook them up at some point.

Here’s a pic of the ticket light on, I don’t think I ever posted a pic, this red light is so much easier on the eyes at night. The ticket light is LED it has two settings ones the red ticket light and the other one is a regular LED bulb that’s bright as hell.

I had a 1997 BMW 528i that had red led lights over the dash. Driving down the road, ou could find stuff on the console easily, yet you still had your night vision. Even with my failing eyes at the time.

At first I didn’t see the big deal about the ticket light, then one night I went to the bank and had to fill out the deposit slip so I was like let’s give the ticket light a try and the red lighting is so easy on the eyes so pretty much anytime I need a light at night I’ll use that light now. I can see why the police departments have them installed.

Picked up a Unity LED replacement bulb for the spotlight here’s a pic of the old halogen bulb and a pic of the LED one at night it’s bright as shit the pic doesn’t do it justice. I used to have one of those $35 Amazon LED ones and wasn’t impressed with it so put the halogen back in till I picked this up.
