2005 resonance under hood at 1000rpm

I'm experiencing an annoying resonance at about 1000rpm.
typically this occurs while idling at low speeds in the local neighborhood.
Transitioning through this low rpm from a start towards a faster speed it is not observed.

I'm thinking it is a sympathetic harmonic in the air intake.
Any suggestions?

Aftermarket intake? If so, mine did that when I first put on my K&N cold air intake and did up until I got a tune and exhaust!
