2008 5.3 DOD delete recommendations

Thanks. I read the article on here frome HOT ROD comparing different cams to the LM7. When they compared the LM7 to the LS9 they used 1.7 rockers and gained 69 HP and 9 ft lb TQ. I'm looking for the cam that improves HP &TQ by 50 with 1-3 better mpg as referenced in one of the posts in the thread. Mainly thanks to you and this thread I'm about ready to compilemy list and get things ordered.
