I do not know about the rest of the guys out there, but I am getting a bit tired of reading the same line over and over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know what you are saying, but I also dont see any updates on whether or not the GM Cust Service people ended up helping... I wish the forum members would post updates too!

In all these cases, the only responses have been... "Do you say anything else"... Im sure some people have taken it to the dealer, but have not updated the post... I think if more of us started updating based on dealer information, we could better help each other...
