Hello, this is my first post on this forum and I hope somebody can help me with my situation. I have a 2009 Yukon Denali that we purchased so we can tow our 24 foot Baja. Including trailer, gas, and supplies, it ways about 6,500 pounds. This vehicle is rated at 8,100. It has the 6 liter, 403 HP, and has AWD along w/ the trailering package. However, I recently launched my boat for the first time, second time, and third time, and much to my surprise, the darn front tires started sliding. It's as if the boat is pulling the vehicle down the ramp, which is probably what's happening. In one case, the ramp was a little wet and in another it wasn't. I used trailering mode, turned off the traction control, called my dealer and nobody knows why it's doing this. The tires are in great shape also.
Has anybody experienced this and if so, what did you do to solve this problem?
Thanks, Frank
