Alright folks. 2015 Tahoe Z71 (stock)... I'm ordering 20" Hostile Exile wheels (20x9) which I will have leveling kit installed during ordering process. The wheel has a deep lip, but not too terrible.
I'm going with Terra Grapplers for sure, but the company only offers 275/55R20 S, 305/55R20 S, and
LT305/55R20 S in their wheel/tire package combo deal.
1. What's the largest size tire can I get with NO RUB? I don't want to go through all that trimming again.
2. Anyone heard of a NEW Leveling Kit that ADJUST 1.5"-3"?
3. Any performance mod recommendations that won't void warranty?
4. Any more advice, likes, and interests... please share with me!
Thanks all!

Go with at least a 275/60-20. A 275/65-20 will probably fit but you will have to trim.
Leveling kits aren't good for much over 2+ unless you get a 3.5/4" kit with new control arms. That's just how the suspension is setup, the angles only can go so far before you have issues.

I have 275/60/20 but also added a suspension max 1.5 front lift. I'm almost positive I would rub in the front without the lift, visually the clearance looks to be less than 0.5" in full lock

I did have to trim the inside of the fender... where that corner "very oddly" sticks out. Looks better this way too!
Glad I went the bigger wheels afterall...
