Hmm, I'm wondering then if the Putco bulbs you received are different from the "white labeled" vacuum-bagged lights that I received. I can tell you that staring at the bulbs, they are bright, but when I see the light that they put out on the road, I'm not impressed.

My Putco bulbs came in a plastic box like thing with a clear front on it. Like they were package to hang on a shelf for display. Like I said, they are really bright.

Yeah, that's not how mine came. These were in a white plastic baggie, with a heat seal. I've seen the Putco bulbs hanging in the local Auto store. Realistically, these are not Putco bulbs, and is probably why I'm not feeling that these are that bright.

I replaced my fog lights with the putcos and think they're AMAZING. I also did the back up lights.... HUGE difference too.

I have a standard SLT, so my headlights are halogen I'm guessing. They look yellow compared to the putco driving lights and the LED daytime running lights. Can I just replace the halogen driving light with a brighter / whiter / hotter kelvin bulb without having to deal with the headache of HID Denali lighting? Silverstar Ultra?

If so, what do you recommend, think? Part numbers and where to buy appreciated.

I see it now. It's the placement of the small "keystone" on the left side...
One is down at the bottom left, other is at the middle/top left

Edit - Personally, I don't think it's Amazon's fault as they don't package them up. The manufacturer is the one who packaged them and sent them to Amazon.
Good is with Prime, they will take them back with no issues.

You're right, it's not at all Amazon's fault. I was just venting a little. :) Anyway, the return is in the works and the new one will be here Monday.
