New Process Gear merged with Magna Power and became New Venture and then they closed the New Venture Plant and introduced the Magna Power designs. Something like that.

Fun fact - the New Process plant is right down the road from me in Syracuse, NY (actually Baldwinsville) and was not closed. This plant has cranked out t-cases for decades and still is. NP was bought out by Canadian company Magna but the design hasn't changed. I feel honored to live so close to the plant where so many t-cases used the world over were made.

My mistake! They closed it down! I had no idea until I just looked into it. Sad when you think about all the t-cases that factory cranked out of the last few decades for GM, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, etc.
