Those tires were on my wheels when i bought them, They are the worst tire in even the smallest amount of snow. Luckily a huge rock tore through one of them one day when i was stuck in a whole four inches of snow in the driveway. The cooper ht plus tires that replaced them went through the same four inches in two wheel drive where the bridgestones got stuck in four wheel drive.
Lol sell tires for a living and I have ran tons of tires in the winter and Bridgestone dulers are some of my favorite winter tires. They hook up great. You must have been doing somethin wrong. I've tried all the ones listed below and I'd run Bridgestone dulers over all them. Why do you think they come stock on all the Denalis and escalades and Sierras with 22" wheel packages. Because they are awesome tires
Cooper Zeon ltz
Goodyear ls2
Nitto terra grappler
Bridgestone duler
Bfg all terrain
You must have different snow over there in michigan. I used to be a mechanic and remember changing out quite a few of those tires on new vehicles in favor of anything else. Customers complained about the same things i stated. They are horrible in anything other than dry conditions. I just took two of them with really good tread to the dump because i couldn`t give them away.
I'm in MI and ran the oem bridgestone's for the last two years, Have a 1 hr commute to work each way and never had any issues.
@Sasquatch any recommendations for a 305/35/24 or 295/35/24 winter tire?
