Back and fourth with dealer then with Engineer.

Dealer agrees to replace two lifters.

Month later tapping sound, dealer replaces same 2 lifters, another month later lifters tapping, at this point we are basically yelling at dealer and Engineer "REPLACE MOTOR IDIOTS" but no replaced all lifters.

1 week later block has hole in the side of it, Dealer finally replaces entire motor.

Anyone else having issues with the lifters on these new Tahoes?

Yes. I’ve had multiple lifters replaced.
