Buddy, the only chill that is in order is your triggered reaction to this topic. Relax, it's an internet forum for exchanging information.
I guess I just have a different perspective I used to have to go to the hardware store pretty much daily to keep a business in business...
trying to get a single overpriced and often unavailable separately part from the dealer is often a useless endeavor.
"most" bolts are either metric or standard and either fine or coarse thread, once you have that memorized it's a breeze to find what you need.
then it just boils down to grade of bolt

My go-to air cover replacement bolts are pole barn screws. Look 'em up - comes complete with washer and gasket. A strong solid replacement fastener. And I'm right there with you! I fret every time i loosen these things!

I did the same thing, and those bolts are an odd ball deal too. I finally took the inner fender off and the little bolt was in the front right near the fog light in a little pocket. If you do this pay close attention to where the screws go in the inner fender. I'll never, ever, drop that bolt again.

I had the liner off the truck when it happened.
I looked in the pockets by the fog lights too.
I’m telling you, it dissolved.
