So the yellow box is actually a small removable panel with like 6 torques screws. In the second photo you can see it removed. If I were to put my bumpers pieces back on, I’d mount the light bar there.

So I actually have a premier which makes it a lot more difficult due to the more ornate grill. Ill have to do some poking and prodding myself as Im sure not many premier owners want LED light pods on their truck!

So. I found someone to do a custom front bumper (I was gonna do it but want professional welds). Let me know your thoughts. Not gonna do a winch because I won’t be hitting any hard trails with this. I’ll get this industrial come along with a synthetic rope for emergencies.

First off, you MS paint skills are top notch! Love it.

I think option 1 looks the best. Stout, assertive, but not over the top.

Option 2 looks like every poser, wanna-be, mall crawler jeep you see on the roads burning up 35" off road tires. The only thing the push bar will be used for is the pedestrian the don't see because they are too busy looking cool behind the B pillar.....

What about a bumper with a 2” receiver? You could put a winch up there only if you needed to then.

Yea I thought about that too but not sold on it. It’s definitely a good alternative.

So the bumper is done! Had a local guy fab it up. Not too pretty of welds but I can clean them up. Overall looks good IMO.

This looks really pretty. I have a question: Did the low rear arm suspension
cause you any problems during your off-road journey?

I'm considering buying a Tahoe because it's so comfortable to ride, but I have this concern.

Thx. It my have caught on a few rocks but as long as you pick your line and don’t go too crazy it should be fine. I’m gonna stay on 1-5/10 trails for the most part.
