That's good info but I already paid for the AC Delco ones, wish I would have kept looking for the cheaper pads. I think I paid about $350 for my pads. I hope to install all of this today.

Let me know how it goes I test fitted the calipers and rotor and I'll have to use a washer to center the caliper another member on a group is doing the same setup on a escalade but he has the belltech drop spindles and it's a perfect fit for him

I'm in the middle of it and yes it will need a washer. I have to get cleaned up and off the the parts store.

Hell yeah I was thinking of getting the backing plate too but I wasn't sure if it would have to modify it to fit.
Did you paint or powder coat the cailpers?
