2022 Tahoe aftermarket airbags for towing - do they exist?

Can you not lift the truck by adjusting the spring stops? Might have to use stiffer springs, depending on what they ship with, but theoretically would move the compression up two inches from current.


This thread is more about air setups, not just lifting. Some coilover shock setups have adjustability, some dont.

There are not and likely never will be air bags for IRS on the Tahoe. Hybrid shocks are the best we'll get.

I have been thinking of adding air ride to my suburban. It is currently lowered. My thoughts are to buy the OEM airride shocks and add aftermarket controller with tank and manifold.

You could do elevel to keep it at ride height when towing, or pressure based system.

This is the route I was thinking of going. I asked earlier in the thread if Tahoes/Yukons all have the same wiring harness. For instance on alot of wake boats regardless of what options you purchase the wiring harness is the same. So alot of people buy used accessories and plug them in and then you have that specific option. In theory that would mean you could plug them in to the air ride plugs that may or may not be there. and then put a compressor and boom. You have factory air ride for probably around 3-4k.
