24 inch wheels causing steering wheel to shake

Oh you do, then you may just need better sway bar/end links and/or an aftermarket stabilizer!

Alos make sure the wheel are properly mounted and balnced, including that the wheels are properly torqued.

they used a pretty technical machine when they balanced them, i sort of watched them do it. seemed to go well, hopefully that isnt the issue. hate to have it re done, drove 200 miles to get it done

Oh, well then balancing may not be the problem, the torque could be though vonsidering tis recommended it retorgue new wheel after nothing over 5o miles.

I just experienced my steering wheel shake at 50 mph with my 26's. This was with 6 people in the truck. 2 of them kinda heavy. Sorry to bring up an old thread. You think I need them rebalanced? Just got new tires, balanced and aligned on Sunday. Just drove it a couple of times since.

I had the same problem with my 24'' boss 330's. You need hub centric rings. I ordered mine online. Also make sure they are properly inflated and torqued to specs, suprisingly it makes a big difference.
