No, it's what you would picture in your head if a kid told you they want super silver sparkles lol. This is the only picture I have without digging through my build thread. View attachment 279546

So silver rotor, silver wheels, and silver metallic calipers?
Maybe some contrast would help a bit? Maybe ZR1 metallic Blue.

I thought you were talking about the other diff.....
You have too much stuff, hard to keep up with

I forget about the other truck it's in a sad state right now so I push those thoughts away. Yeah pretty much silver silver silver, but the wheels may not always stay silver I'd like to try a dark gunmetal or graphite grey if I can find light weight 20s that dont cost a kidney. Plus this isn't just silver, its difficult to tell in photos but it almost glows with indirect light.

Also I dislike organic colors on cars, always have. Also, I really enjoy my Tahoe looking mostly stock, haven't had a ticket or even been pulled over in years and I do push the limits quite often.

Powder coater did offer to get me some high temp stickers to put on them, I would consider putting a different color sticker on them. Then the issue of what should it say pops up and everything seems lame. Then if I come up with a cool word what color so I pick that contrasts well but doesn't look dumb because it's the only bit of color.

I could probably get down with some sharpie markings maybe write "Dan The Man" in silver sharpie :p. Problem with the stickers is they don't survive pressure washing well and that's my preferred wash method lol.

X2 if you find it lemme know . I have been looking for a while now.

Yeah, I've pretty much struck out on everything I've looked at. All OEM wheels weigh a ton, all lightweight after-market wheels are crazy expensive, and the only in between seems to be Cosmis but they are now way too popular and I'm not a huge fan of their color choices. I might fill my tires with helium and see how much lighter they get ;)

There's lightweight, strong and cheap. You can only pick two.

I think under $500 a wheel is a decent budget for lightweight and strong wheels. The problem is everything is so ugly! I want a timeless simple look like many of the OEM wheels have. The majority of the aftermarket wheels are either ugly as sin or, overly flashy and belong in Young Jeezy's new music video.

Man these look damn good! If I read your comments right, @1BADI5 is offering this hump and grind as a service?? (that sounded bad now that I reread it)

Thank you I can't wait to pick them up!

I don't think he's offering this service he just happened to have had these and planned to run them until he realized they wouldn't fit. I offered to buy them and he was oh so generous to de-hump them and clean them up even more.
