I believe it’s a stuck fuel injector my question is how would I go about finding out what one it is before I go and replace all of them I don’t want to replace them all if that isn’t the problem . Do I let it build up fuel pressure and let it leak down then check the plugs and see what one is wet with fuel ? Or is there a different way.

I'd check the plugs. I would use the sniff test to check because I don't know if the position of the injector would drip onto the plug itself.

If it's a slow leak, it may not leak enough when the engine is running to affect the fuel trims significantly.

If it is an injector you also have fuel in your oil, no telling how much. IF it is an injector.

If you have ever bled the rail after a shutdown, there isn't a ton of gas that comes from the rail, a half of a tee shirt will absorb it easily. Looking at the plugs for leaking injector gasoline soaking them likely isn't going to help you. Also, the intake valve is closed a lot more than it is open, so gas may not even make it down into the cylinder, depending on where the engine stops, in enough of a volume before it evaporates to cause the plug to be reliably soaked and detected when you remove it. Finally, if it is a leaking injector and it is soaking a plug, Murphy would make sure it was number 8...

If I was convinced it was a leaking injector, I would be inclined to take all eight down to a shop that specializes in testing and cleaning. At 200K, if I did have a leaking injector that didn't stop leaking after cleaning, I would be inclined to replace all eight, but that is just me.

Might try when starting hot, mash the gas pedal to the floor. Won't fix anything but the clear flood mode might make it start a lot better. Seems like if one injector was leaking through it would still start right up but run a bit rough for a few seconds?

A leaking injector, even after started and hot engine, is going to dump more fuel and cause a miss. I guess it all depends on the amount of the fuel dump it is doing, of course.
